Elaine graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree (Honours) from University of London in 2016. After obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.

She chambered at Messrs Lee Lam & Tan and was Involved extensively in land conveyancing, corporate banking, and housing development projects. Thereafter she practiced in Messrs Lee Lam & Tan where she was mainly concentrating on land conveyancing and banking.
