Alice Tan, a founding partner of Lee Lam & Tan, devotes her practice in the area of corporate and commercial contracts as well as real estate and banking.

Driven by her passion for knowledge, Tan graduated from the University of London in 2006, thereafter she completed her master’s degree in business studies in the United Kingdom in 2007.

Alice had further cultivated her excellent work ethic in previous positions over the course of her career, being employed by a Japanese multinational corporation, and then an international law firm based in the United Kingdom. This has helped substantially in expanding her experience in commercial drafting and broadened her understanding of global business practices.
